DALTONGANJ, Feb. 26 -- Five 'juveniles in conflict with law' on their coming out of the Observation Home became a perfect bike lifter!
They again embraced their shady past which had landed them in the Observation Home some time ago.
The five 'juveniles in conflict with law' were in the observation Home for a considerable period of time before coming out of it on bails which are furnished by their parents.
Their kingpin Niraj Ram, now 20 years, was in the Observation Home on charges of burglary, lurking house trespass, house breaking and theft of bike.
Similarly another juvenile in conflict with law Vishal Chandravanshi was in the Observation Home in a heinous crime of murder.
