India, Sept. 21 -- The aroma of spices, warmth of tradition, and innovation of modern gastronomy came alive at Le Meridien, New Delhi, as celebrated culinary maestro Chef Davinder Kumar unveiled his latest masterpiece, Romance of the Indian Curry: 365 Flavours for the Year. The event was as much a celebration of Indian cuisine as it was of the chef's remarkable journey of more than four decades in the hospitality industry. Chef Davinder Kumar is President of the Indian Culinary Forum.
