Indore, June 4 -- A month-long police operation across Indore Rural Zone has successfully traced and reunited 347 missing or abducted girls with their families, spreading hope and reassurance.
The operation, codenamed Muskaan, ran from May 1 to May 31 under the directive of the Police Headquarters. It was led by Inspector General Anurag, with guidance from DIGs Nimish Agrawal and Siddharth Bahuguna.
Superintendents of Police from various districts formed special teams to act in mission mode. These teams worked around the clock, expanding search efforts beyond Madhya Pradesh into five other states.
