India, May 16 -- Three terrorists from the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) group-Asif Ahmed Sheikh, Amir Nazir Wani, and Yawar Ahmad Bhat-were gunned down by security forces in an operation in Nader village, Tral area, Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, on May 15, 2025. The joint operation was carried out by the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and CRPF following specific intelligence inputs. The forces initiated a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO), which led to the detection of suspicious activity.
