DALTONGANJ, Feb. 20 -- Three land revenue officials of the Nilamber Pitamberpur Anchal namely Circle Officer (CO) Sunil Kumar Singh, Circle Inspector (CI) Mahender Ram and Halka Karamchari (HK) have been penalised under the Jharkhand Rajya Sewa Dene Ki Guarantee Act 2011.
These three officials have been fined 65,000 rupees each under section of 7(1) and section 7(2) of the Jharkhand Rajya Sewa Dene Ki Guarantee Act by the Deputy Commissioner of Palamu Shashi Ranjan. An order to impose penalty to the tune of rupees 65,000 each of all the three was issued by the DC on February 18.
