Garhwa, March 28 -- Garhwa police have arrested three youths and recovered eight country made weapons at village Hoor under Garhwa Police Station limit, on Monday, police said.
Recovered weapons can be used to intimidate people and influence voting in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, SP. Dipak Pandey said. On a secret tip off a police team led by Garhwa Thana in charge K K Sahu raided at the house of one Subham Paswan and recovered with seven weapons including four country-made pistols, three 3.65 mm semi-automatic pistols, two magazines and seven live cartridges of 7.65 mm and two empty cartridges of 0.315 mm hidden in a sack under the bed.
