RAIPUR, Jan. 20 -- The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has issued quality control certificates to three hospitals in Chhattisgarh's Bastar division for proper and safe storage of vaccines and logistics, an official communique said on Friday.

These are the primary health centre in Benur and the community health centres in Narharpur and Keshkal.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal have congratulated the Health Department officials.

Officials said the arrangements for storage and maintenance of vaccines were made with technical assistance from the United Nations Development Programme.
