BHUBANESWAR, Dec. 6 -- To mark the 30th anniversary of the adoption of United Nation (UN) Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the Asian Children's Summit was organised in Bangkok, Thailand from November 25 to 29 where of the four child delegates from India, two were from Odisha.
The summit was organised by the Regional Secretariat of South Asian Initiative for Ending Violence against Children (SAIEVAC), Child Right Coalition, Asia and ACWC Thailand for ASIAN Region. The children from South Asia, Southeast Asia and East Asia came together to form their opinions and give recommendations on the realisation of their rights.
