BHUBANESWAR, Nov. 25 -- Fourteen more Covid-19 deaths were reported in eight districts of the State on Tuesday, increasing the total toll to 1,671.
Five patients succumbed to the virus in Sundargarh district, three in Sambalpur and one each in Angul, Rayagada, Nuapada, Khordha (Bhubaneswar), Jagatsinghpur and Cuttack districts, said the Health and Family Welfare Department.
Meanwhile, the State's total positive cases rose to 3,15271 after 642 more persons tested positive on the day. Of the new cases reported from 29 districts, 374 were from quarantine and as many as 268 were local contacts.
Keonjhar district reported the day's highest 70 cases followed by Nuapada 69, Sundargarh 66, Khordha 62, Angul 46, Mayurbhanj 41, Cuttack 26, Baleswa...
