Bhopal, May 20 -- A joyous wedding celebration in Titi village, Alirajpur district, turned tragic when a 13-year-old boy was accidentally shot dead by his uncle during a reckless display of an illegal firearm.
The incident occurred Sunday night during the wedding procession of Ajay Vaskale, a Class 6 student. Pawan Chauhan, Ajay's uncle, was dancing alongside the boy when he irresponsibly brandished a country-made pistol that accidentally discharged, striking Ajay point-blank in the head. The boy died instantly, leaving wedding guests horrified.
Shockingly, Chauhan initially continued dancing, unaware his nephew had collapsed. The entire incident was captured on mobile phones by attendees.
