India, Nov. 11 -- After a high-intensity blast rocked Delhi on Monday evening, witnesses recounted the horror as at least 13 people died and 24 were injured.
Mangled bodies lying on vehicles and the road, pieces of flesh scattered on the streets and flames rising up to the sky. Witnesses recalled in graphic detail the aftermath of a high-intensity explosion that ripped through a slow-moving car close to the Red Fort metro station here.
