BOKARO, June 28 -- The 122nd Meeting of Associate Chief Vigilance Officers (ACVOs) of SAIL began at the company's Corporate Office in New Delhi. Held over two days (26-27 June), the meet brings together ACVOs from across SAIL plants and units to review and strengthen vigilance mechanisms within the organization.

SAIL Chairman and Managing Director Amarendu Prakash addressed the inaugural session, emphasizing that vigilance is not just about detection but prevention. He urged officers to act as facilitators of transparency, plug systemic loopholes, and serve as agents of positive change.
