Jamshedpur, March 25 -- In a significant step towards eradicating tuberculosis (TB), 12 Panchayats in East Singhbhum district have been declared TB-free. The announcement was made on the occasion of World TB Day, during a felicitation ceremony held at the district headquarters. District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal honored the heads of these Panchayats by presenting them with mementoes, shawls, and certificates, recognizing their efforts in achieving this milestone.
