Chandigarh, Sept. 15 -- Krishan Kumar Bedi, Haryana Minister of State for Social Justice Empowerment and Welfare for SC/BC classes says that welfare schemes which were launched by the Central and State governments in the last five years have been implemented with honesty and unbiased manner in the State.
