BOKARO, June 13 -- Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) organized an interactive session titled "Rubaroo" for its women officers at Bokaro Niwas, in the presence of Director In-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari. Centered on the theme "Empowering Oneself through Choice, Ambition, Growth, and Career", the programme saw participation from around 60 women officers.
The event began with a short film on Dr. G. Madhavi Latha, a renowned geotechnical engineer and professor at IISc Bangalore, highlighting her role in the Chenab Bridge project and the challenges she overcame.
