India, Jan. 14 -- The Delhi High Court on Tuesday observed that even if the PM Cares Fund is run or controlled by the Government, it would not lose the right to privacy under the Right to Information Act (RTI Act). A Division Bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia clarified that it is not talking about the right to privacy flowing from Article 21 of the Constitution, but the right available to third parties under Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, which bars disclosure of personal information.
