Jamshedpur, Feb. 12 -- The Jharkhand government has introduced the Jhar Jal Portal, a dedicated grievance redressal platform aimed at resolving drinking water-related issues efficiently. This initiative enables citizens, including residents of East Singhbhum district, to lodge complaints through toll-free numbers, phone calls, and emails, ensuring a systematic approach to water supply maintenance and sanitation improvement.

According to district administration officials, in just the past week, 744 complaints were received from East Singhbhum, with 587 cases already resolved.
