Jamshedpur, Feb. 6 -- With the aim of strengthening health facilities in the district, District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal initiated the 'Doctor on Call' service. This initiative enables specialist doctors from the private sector to provide treatment at government hospitals, ensuring quality healthcare for patients in need. These doctors will serve at various Community Health Centers (CHCs), sub-divisional hospitals, and Sadar hospitals, with their remuneration being covered by funds earned through the Ayushman Yojana at predetermined rates.
