Ranchi, Dec. 25 -- Targeting the Congress, BJP state president Babulal Marandi said that the Congress's thinking has been anti-Ambedkar from the beginning. The Congress party, which always insulted Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, mocked him and shamed him, is today pretending to demand rights in his name.
