Mumbai, Sept. 17 -- Brad Pitt has had a stellar year at the movies in 2019 thanks to not one but two Oscar-contending movies; Quentin Tarantino's ninth directorial Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and James Gray's Ad Astra. Brad's portrayal as Leonardo DiCaprio's stunt man, Cliff Booth in OUATIH won millions of hearts and praises. On the other hand, Pitt's performance in Ad Astra as astronaut Roy McBride is considered as one of his best performances to date. Both films have generated major Oscar buzz for the star, who has previously nominated in the Academy Award acting categories for 12 Monkeys (1996), The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2009) and Moneyball (2012).
