Manila, Dec. 7 -- Water bill discounts await low-income beneficiaries under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) and the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Regulatory Office (MWSS-RO).

The partnership aims to enroll SHFC beneficiaries in the Enhanced Lifeline Program (ELP), a government-supported initiative that provides discounted water rates to eligible low-income consumers.
