MANILA, Feb. 22 -- Most areas in the country will experience warm weather and isolated rain showers, the weather bureau said Thursday.

"The easterlies will continue to cause warm weather over most of the country, and will also bring rains over parts of Mindanao," Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Estareja said fair weather and minimal chances of rains will prevail across Luzon.

Up to 33 degree C temperature is forecast in Tuguegarao, and up to 32 degree C in Metro Manila.

Most of the Visayas, he said, will experience up to 31 degree C temperature, and isolated rain showers likely in the afternoon.
