Manila, April 9 -- The whole archipelago will experience warm and humid weather on Thursday, with the easterlies still affecting the eastern section of the country.

Ezra Bulquerin, a weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), said there is a low chance to experience isolated rain showers.

"We do not see a low pressure area that might develop or affect the country," Bulquerin added.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, he said.
