MANILA, Nov. 25 -- Tropical Depression Verbena has passed over Guimaras and southwestern Panay, and is now over the Sulu Sea, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 11 a.m. bulletin on Tuesday.

The cyclone was located over the coastal waters of Hamtic, Antique as of 10 a.m., moving west-northwest at 35 kph.

Verbena packs maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center, and gustiness of up to 90 kph.
