Manila, May 29 -- One of the top producers of socialized housing in the country has committed more than 35,000 units to the government's Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program.

This comes after Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling's announcement to include horizontal developments in the recalibrated housing program.

In a news release on Thursday, Aliling said Raemulan Lands Inc. (RLI) chief executive officer Eileen Uy Doyle has sent a letter of commitment to deliver 35,656 housing units in the next two years.

The construction of some of the units is currently ongoing in the provinces of Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.
