Manila, Sept. 4 -- The technical delegates from various sports gathered on Wednesday during the 2nd Technical Delegates Meeting held at the Polkabal Ballroom of The Manila Hotel.
Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee (Phisgoc) Chief Operating Officer Ramon "Tats" Suzara hosted the event and presented the Technical Delegates to the media for the first time.
