Manila, Nov. 18 -- The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is urging technical and vocational (tech-voc) training institutions to register and offer micro-credential courses.
"Courses registered or recognized by TESDA have a corresponding certification, and are stackable, which can form a complete national certification," TESDA Public Information Office Executive Director Floramel Joy Songsong told the Philippine News Agency on Tuesday.
