MANILA, Dec. 5 -- Tropical Depression (TD) Wilma, along with two other weather systems, is expected to bring heavy rains to several parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Friday.

TD Wilma will affect Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Masbate, Camiguin, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Dinagat Islands with rains and gusty winds.

Scattered thunderstorms are also expected across Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, the rest of Visayas and Caraga, while a shear line will bring rain to Bicol Region, Quezon, Occidental and Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.
