MANILA, Nov. 24 -- Tropical Depression (TD) Verbena has made landfall over Bayabas, Surigao del Sur, and is now over Agusan del Norte, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 5 p.m. bulletin on Monday.
The cyclone was last tracked in the vicinity of Jabonga, moving west northwestward at 30 km. per hour (kph).
Verbena packs maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center, and gustiness of up to 75 kph.
