Manila, Feb. 17 -- Malacanang on Tuesday expressed optimism about strengthening collaboration between the government and the private sector under the new leadership of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

This, as Executive Secretary Ralph Recto officiated the induction of the newly elected PCCI Board of Directors and officers on Feb. 13, the Office of the Executive Secretary said in a statement.

Recto assured the private sector that it will "always have a seat at the table" under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
