Manila, July 18 -- Stormy weather conditions will prevail across Northern Luzon on Friday night as Tropical Storm Crising approaches Northern Cagayan, while parts of Luzon and the Visayas will experience rains caused by the southwest monsoon, the weather bureau said.

Crising packs maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center, and gustiness of up to 105 kph.

As of 4 p.m., the center of Crising was located east of Aparri, Cagayan.

Stormy weather will prevail across Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Ilocos Norte, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Ilocos Sur.

The cyclone will also bring rains with gusty winds in Aurora, the rest of the Ilocos Region, the rest of the Cordillera Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.
