Manila, Oct. 30 -- Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary for Broadcast and Digital Media Mon Ilagan on Thursday urged members of the Integrated State Media (ISM) to embrace and harness artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies to enhance storytelling, public engagement, and timely delivery of people-centered information.

Ilagan emphasized that AI, when used responsibly, can help communicators analyze public sentiment in real-time and boost government messaging to reach the public effectively.
