Manila, Feb. 25 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Bicol (DSWD-5) has provided cash and food assistance to the families of those who lost their loved ones from the heavy rainfall triggered by the shear line in Albay province.
In an interview on Tuesday, DSWD-5 Director Norman Laurio said three families from the towns of Bacacay and Jovellar received PHP10,000 each on Feb. 22, while food packs were distributed to 15 families on Feb. 23.
