Manila, Feb. 15 -- Most parts of the country will experience rains on Saturday due to the shear line, intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), and the easterlies, according to the weather bureau's daily forecast.

In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the shear line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.

Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Davao Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Sarangani, and Surigao del Sur will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ and the easterlies.
