Manila, Feb. 2 -- The Senate Committee on Tourism will hold a hearing on Feb. 3 on high domestic airfares and persistent infrastructure gaps as part of its review of the implementation of the National Tourism Development Plan (NTDP).
Senator Joseph Victor Ejercito, committee chair, said Monday the inquiry would examine whether transport facilities and tourism infrastructure development are effectively supporting affordable domestic travel and long-term sector growth.
