Manila, Dec. 16 -- Some parts of the country will continue to experience scattered rains due to the presence of two weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday.

Scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the shear line are forecast in Aurora and Quezon, the weather bureau said.

The same condition will prevail across the Bicol Region, Caraga, Davao Region, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Southern Leyte due to the easterlies.

Moderate to heavy rains in the aforementioned areas could result in flash floods or landslides.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or "amihan" will cause rains across Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Pro...
