Manila, Nov. 10 -- The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday says its flagship Justice Zones program yielded positive feedback in terms of addressing local justice concerns.

In a statement, the tribunal said a study showed "encouraging outcomes in the areas of relevance, efficiency, quality, performance/effectiveness, and sustainability" for the initiative, which is a flagship project of the Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC), composed of the SC, the Department of Justice, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

Justice Zones are localities envisioned to be "local pockets of efficiency," with local justice sector units coordinating with each other to ensure delivery of real-time justice.
