Manila, Dec. 9 -- Contractor Cezarah Rowena "Sarah" Discaya and other individuals implicated in the "ghost" flood control project in Davao Occidental are expected to face arrest this week over alleged irregularities, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said Tuesday.

Marcos said the arrest warrant for Discaya would likely be issued this week.

"Inaasahan na din nating lalabas ang warrant of arrest ni Sarah Discaya itong linggong ito at hindi na rin magtatagal ang pag aresto sa kanya (We also expect the warrant of arrest for Sarah Discaya to be issued this week, and her arrest is likewise not expected to take long)," Marcos said in a video message Tuesday.
