MANILA, Dec. 4 -- House of Representatives Majority Leader, Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos, on Thursday, voluntarily appeared before the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) "to help" in its investigation on the alleged anomalous flood control projects.

"I came here on a voluntary basis so I can help with the ICI in the investigation. I was not served a subpoena. I am not subject to any investigation. I'm willing to give and tell the ICI anything that I might know that may further the investigation," Marcos said before entering the ICI office.

The presidential son requested an executive session, which was granted.
