MANILA, Nov. 13 -- The Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) has reaffirmed its commitment to help in the modernization of the Philippine Navy (PN), following the visit of one of its top officials to the Philippines.
In a statement on Thursday, the PN said ROKN deputy chief of naval operations for logistics, Rear Admiral Shin Yu Chuan, made a courtesy call on PN flag officer in command, Vice Admiral Jose Ma. Ambrosio Ezpeleta, at the PN headquarters in Manila on Wednesday.
