Manila, Jan. 7 -- Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto on Wednesday congratulated the 5,594 successful passers of the 2025 Bar examinations, urging them to remain steadfast in upholding truth, justice, and service to the Filipino people as they enter the legal profession.

In a message addressed to the new lawyers, Recto called on them to let integrity guide their practice and courage sustain them through difficult moments.

"Always choose to do what is right, even when it is not popular or easy. And above all, never forget the Filipino nation whom you ultimately serve in the pursuit of what is just," Recto said.
