Manila, Jan. 12 -- Executive Secretary Ralph Recto on Monday dismissed reports of an imminent Cabinet revamp, saying there is no ongoing move to reshuffle President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Cabinet.

"At present, there is no impending Cabinet shake-up," Recto said in a statement.

"Speculation about looming revamp does not serve any constructive purpose for the Government or the Filipino people."

Recto, who serves as the President's chief alter ego, reiterated that all Cabinet members serve at the pleasure of the President and are subject to continuing performance evaluation by Malacanang.
