MANILA, Nov. 19 -- Most areas in the country will still experience rains caused by several weather systems on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), shear line, and easterlies will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms across Davao Region, Soccsksargen, Eastern Visayas, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Caraga, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte.

Moderate to heavy rains in those areas could result in flash floods or landslides, the weather bureau said.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon, also known as "amihan," will bring rains to Batanes and Ilocos Norte.
