Manila, Feb. 13 -- Three weather systems will bring rain across the country on Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Batanes and Babuyan Islands due to the shear line.

The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao will also cause scattered rains and thunderstorms over Caraga, Davao Region, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, and Bukidnon.

The easterlies will likewise cause scattered rains and thunderstorms across the Visayas, Bicol Region, and Romblon.

PAGASA said moderate to heavy rains in these areas could result in flash floods or landslides.
