Manila, June 11 -- Optimism on the renewed US-China trade talks benefited the local bourse Wednesday but the peso finished sideways against the greenback. The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) rose by 0.53 percent to 6,381.32 points. All Shares followed with a jump of 0.47 percent, or 3,776.19 points. Industrial led the sectoral indices with an increase of 0.96 percent, and was trailed by Holding Firms, 0.91 percent; Property, 0.87 percent; Services, 0.72 percent; Mining and Oil, 0.53 percent; and Financials, 0.03 percent. Volume totaled 897.37 million, amounting to PHP7.14 billion. Advances led decliners at 104 to 91, while 44 shares were unchanged.
