Manila, Feb. 20 -- The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) mirrored the weak performance of other regional markets following US President Donald Trump's new tariff threats.

PSEi fell 0.87 percent to 6,066.63 points, with All Shares slipping by 0.09 percent to 3,671.62 level.

Except for the Financials counter, which went up by 0.58 percent to 2,272.93, the rest of the sectors closed in the red.

Biggest shed for the day came from the Property, down by 2.56 percent; followed by Holding Firms, 1.25 percent; Industrial, 0.79 percent; Mining and Oil, 0.52 percent; and Services, 0.45 percent.
