Philippines, Sept. 13 -- MANILA - The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) tapped Tayabas City in Quezon as a new regional training center for Calabarzon following the signing of a usufruct agreement between Chair Pato Gregorio and Quezon Governor Helen

A multipurpose sports complex will rise in the area, including a track and field oval, football field, gymnasium, training center, and diamond fields for softball and baseball.

The facilities will be developed gradually to expand the town's capacity as a hub for grassroots and elite sports.
