SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, Dec. 15 -- The Antique provincial board approved PHP38 million for the incentive of more than 3,000 volunteer workers to be released in time for the Yuletide season.

The incentive will cover 3,282 child development workers (CDWs), barangay service point officers (BSPOs), barangay nutrition scholars (BNS), and barangay health workers (BHWs), board member Karmila Rose Dimamay, the chair of the Committee on Appropriations, said during their Monday regular session.

"The CDWs will be given PHP10,000 each while the other volunteer workers will be given PHP12,000 each," she said, adding the amount varies depending on the proposals of their respective offices.
