Manila, Sept. 4 -- trong force of the Police Regional Office in Western Visayas (PRO 6) arrived safely in this city on Friday after completing their tour of duty in Cebu.

PRO-6 deployed 53 personnel led by Major Antonio Benitez to augment the police forces in Cebu province during the height of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) crisis in the area last June 18.

However, one of them had to cut short the tour of duty due to a domestic concern. Also, two were found positive for coronavirus when they were subjected to a swab test prior to their trip back to Iloilo. Accompanied by their supervisor, Lt. Ryan Orleans, the two are still in Cebu together with seven others to complete their quarantine period.
