Manila, June 23 -- The Police Regional Office in Northern Mindanao (PRO-10) is now enforcing a five-minute response policy across all its police stations.

On Monday, newly appointed PRO-10 director, Brig. Gen. Rolindo Suguilon, presided over his first command conference, which included a simulation exercise for provincial and city directors.

Suguilon said the exercise demonstrated the quick and effective response capabilities of police units, and served as a vital platform to assess the operational readiness, coordination, and response efficiency of police units in addressing emergencies and ensuring public safety.

He also emphasized the importance of discipline, professionalism, and integrity in all aspects of police work.
